ROTARY CLUB OF DAR ES SALAAM DONATES BOOKS TO 12 SCHOOLS IN DAR

Oysterbay Primary school students displaying books which were provided by the Rotary club of Dar es salaam during the handover ceremony took place recently in 12 schools in Dar es salaam under the book project. With the aim of improving the quality of basic education, the Book Project is managed by volunteers who are mainly spouses of World Bank employees and retired staff from the World Bank Group and Rotarians from Rotary Club of Dsm. Others are Rotarian Kumail Manji (right), Rotarian Ramanan Ramamurthy (second left) and the school official Lucy Mwamunyange(left). 
Rotary club of Dar es salaam, Nirmal Sheth hands over a book to Tambaza Secondary school Head teacher Hussein Mavumba. The books were donated by Rotary club in partnership with the volunteers who are mainly spouses of World Bank employees and retired staff from the World Bank Group. Others are Rotary club of Dar es salaam secretary Azzan Shahid (right) the school official Simon Lupogo (left).
Some members of the Rotary club of Dar es salaam with pupils from Bongoyo and Oysterbay primary schools during the handover of books to schools. The club donated books to 12 schools in Dar es salaam recently.
