Barclays Bank Tanzania runs its second draw on Maisha Bomba with Barclays Golden Briefcase and presents prizes to winners of the first draw.

Barclays Bank Tanzania has today run it’s second draw on Maisha Bomba with Barclays Golden briefcase campaign to its customers. The draw gives an opportunity for Barclays 13 customers to win Barclays Golden briefcases on a monthly basis for a period of three months.

Speaking at a press conference today the Acting Consumer Retail Director and Head of Distribution, Mr. Musa Kitoi commented; “Entry is open to Retail customers (both existing and prospective) with Barclays Bank Tanzania deposit accounts. Today we have done the second draw and we have got 13 winners. We are also issuing the prizes for the winners of the first draw that was conducted on 22nd May 2013, in 13 Golden briefcases. Each winner will randomly pick a briefcase and open to know his/her prize.

Among the prizes to be won are: i-Pads, A home theatre, Washing Machines and gift vouchers.

Customers who are eligible in this campaign are Retail Current and Savings Account holders who can earn an entry to the draw upon uplifting and maintaining their balances by at least TZS500,000. This amount is only considered for the respective month for which the deposit was made.

New customers can get entries to the draw upon opening an account and depositing a minimum of TZS500, 000 and maintaining the balance for the month. Both existing and new customers will get an additional entry for each additional TZS 500,000 deposited in their accounts in the particular month.

Upon depositing and maintaining this threshold, every customer (new and existing) will enter into a draw where 13 customers will walk away with different prizes in 13 Barclays Golden briefcases and the grand prize winner will walk away with TZS 10,000,000.

This campaign was officially launched on 11th April 2013 and will run until 30th June 2013.The draw for each month will be held on the 1st week of the proceeding month, based on qualifying entries for the previous month.
