CHENGULA is a front man for many of their operations. FRED and FELIX CHEGULA lure you into SCAMS by telling you he works as an Agriculture Economist for the World Bank, however true, the family IS NOT TRUST WORTHY. The WORLD BANK should investigate LADISY K. CHENGULA for all the FRAUDS he has committed. The CHENGULA family is FRAUD from the top to the bottom. The whole family, including their mother ROSE MIRIAM CHENGULA has been listed as a website administrator for http://fammamtl.com and has not been located yet for her part of this FRAUD/SCAM COMPANY, known as (FAMM AMTL).
